ONE OF THE BEST HEART FACILITIES AROUND. MY MOTHER HAD A BAD STROKE, IF I WOULD OF WAITED AROUND, SHE WOULD NOT BE WHERE HER RECOVERY SITUATION IS AS OF YET. SO THANKFUL TO THE GREAT DOCTORS FILLING ME IN THROUGHOUT MY MOTHER'S SITUATION. SPECIALISTS WERE ONTOP OF THE SURGERIES, CARE, AND INFORMATION WHICH MY MOTHER HAS RECOVETED 90% OF HER DAILY FUNCTIONS, NOW STRENGTHENING HER RIGHT SIDE, RECOVERED FROM THE 2 BRAIN CLOT. MOSTLY JUST HER SPEECH NOW, SHE IS ALMOST FULLY RECOVERED SINCE HER FIRST 2 HEART SURGERIES....THANK YOU HAMOT & FAITH IN GOD HAS KEPT US MOVING FORWARD ONE STEP AT A TIME. THE TIME PHOTO AND BELOW, WE ARE CELEBRATING A SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE WITH HER 3 REMAINING SIBLINGS LIVING, HER BROTHER WAS DELAYED GETTING TO US DUE TO TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES & THEIR CHILDREN & GRAND CHILDREN. I AM THEE OLDEST 5TH GENERATION...( SON, NEPHEW & COUSIN)

The staff there is great. My wife has been there 4 times in 2 months stayed almost 2 weeks between the trips and surgery. Every time we encountered great care. Lizzi, Samuel, and Mary took outstanding care of my wife. Dr. Loveranes did great with her surgery. All of them have great bedside manner

My relative was in emergency room and was treated very well by all personnel. Also treatment was complete and quick.

My wife had an emergency surgery here a few months ago and we couldn’t have been more pleased with UPMC Hamot. She had to stay over a period of several days and we met a large number of staff. All were excellent. All were caring. All worked hard to provide a high level of care. We absolutely recommend it and are thankful for the level of care she received.

At UPMC Hamot, they take care of you irrespective of your age, race, creed, political affiliation, social or sexual orientation as a hospital is supposed to be. The staff is willing to serve you in all angles and they are well trained. Don't go there with the aim to criticize them; simply go and get rid of that sickness. It's a wonderful, technologically enhanced atmosphere at this hospital.

I live out of state but went to er for abdominal pain, was triaged in er and within an hour i was back in er in a room, testing was done, staff was professional and doctors kept me updated. I was admitted and was in surgery the next day. I have no complaints for the care i received, i would def return here again should i have issues in the future.

I have been here for more things than I like such as kid stuff, and surgeries, aftercare, and check ups. I just want to say that they take excellent care of you and make sure you leave feeling happy, and healthy. I could not have gotten through these last couple of years without the staff at UPMC. Thank you for being wonderful.

I was on 3 south after having surgery for a broken wrist recently. Colton,Ben,Jackie,Jayme and Cassie all helped take care of me. If I forgot anyone my apologies. I ‘m writing this to let the people who run this hospital know how lucky they are to have such professional, caring employees working for them! Thank you again for all your help. This hospital is lucky to have all of you ❤️

In my option UPMC HAMOT HOSPITAL ERIE PA Is fantastic fabulous awesome luv ❤️ it and staff ❤️ well from Registrations to orderly and RN and non RN nurses.. Everyone of them should be given a Pot of Gold I definitely can't praise them enough for the Total care and soft speaking even the Meals are awesome .. Just reasonly was a inpatient 5 North cardiology area i think and once again luv ❤️ ya all Keep up the great fantastic fabulous awesome work each and everyone does

One of the best hospitals I've ever been too.but I'd like to make this about my night nurse Brooke. She made sure I was okay physically and mentally. She deserves a raise because I was being an ass and she was a sweetheart best nurse ever!
